How to get a fuller and longer hair

There is a popular saying that good hair is the beauty of a woman. A full and long hair should be every woman's desire.
There are several ways to make your hair fuller and longer. 
1. Trim the hair: If you want your hair to grow, trim it regularly. Trimming the hair maintains the health of the hair. It gets rid of split ends. 

2. Apply conditioner: to your hair after every wash. It maintains the health of your hair.

3. Apply any of these ingredients to your hair: garlic juice, onion, coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. It nourishes your hair and improves hair growth. You can also boil beer, add shampoo to it, and then use it to wash your hair. You can do this twice or thrice every week. Beer and shampoo removes impurities from the hair. It also can be used in a place of a conditioner. 

4. Use oil and mask to nourish your hair: Oil or use a hair mask on your hair weekly. This will increase your hair growth and enable the hair have essential fats.

Apply oil to your hair when damp. For the hair mask, use ingredients like lemon, olive oil, honey, avocado and onion juice.

5. Do not wrap your hair with a towel after washing, it will damage the hair. Also, avoid using heating tools on your hair. Heating tools like hair dryers and straightners should be avoided. You should only use these tools when the hair is at least 50% dried. Also, use a hair protection spray before a dryer.




6. Eat the right food.

For a fuller and longer hair, eat foods rich in vitamin H or Biotin. They increase the protein level in the body and also help with the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and amino acids.
Cheese, milk, all kinds of nuts, eggs, sardines, pork, avocado, salmon, liver are foods rich in biotin. 

Best products to use on your hair.

1. EGGS
Eggs are rich in protein. When it is applied to the hair, it makes it fuller. 

Egg treatment procedure;
· Beat 1 or 2 eggs, mix together.

· Apply the egg to a damp hair, let it reach the scalp.

· Leave it for 30 minutes.

· Wash with warm water and shampoo.

You could also add water and oil to the egg before applying it to the hair. This can be done once or twice every week.


2. OLIVE OIL
This oil contains nutrients essential for hair growth. Olive oil has omega3 acid, a very good nutrient for hair. Also, Olive oil softens the hair.

Treatment procedure;

· Heat the oil a little. 

· Massage the oil into your hair and scalp.

· Leave the oil in your hair for 30 to 45 minutes

· Rinse the hair with water and a mild shampoo

Note: You can also leave the oil in your hair overnight, use a shower cap.


3. ORANGE PUREE
Orange contains vitamin C, acid and pectin. Your hair need vitamins to become fuller.

The acid helps to remove residues left in the hair from different hair products. These residues can affect hair growth. 

Procedure:

· Blend oranges.

· Massage it into hair and scalp

· Leave it for about an hour.

· Rinse with water


AVOCADO 

It is very rich in vitamin E. 

Procedure:

· Mix 1 avocado fruit with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

· Apply the mixture to your hair.

· Leave it for 30 minutes.

· Rinse with shampoo.


CASTOR OIL
Castor oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamin E which aid in improving hair health. 

Procedure:

· Apply to the hair and scalp.

· Leave it in the hair for 30 minutes.

· Rinse with water.
