Having a stressful day?
As if living in the country is not hard enough, you’ve been out working all day and you’ve had to keep up with various work demands, meet many targets, and more. Yet, you're still saddled with the hassles of life as you go through your daily journey. Man, woman, and even children alike are not spared from the storm we call our country.

As a human-being with or without responsibilities, we owe it to ourselves to keep body and soul together. And after a hard day's work, the only thing you should think of is how to sit back and cross those legs while sipping on a glass of your favorite drink.
So much for having ME TIME!
If only people worried about their mental health just as much as their physical health, the world would be a better place. Oh well, that's life for you.
So before we reach the brink of collapse, we need to ask; how do you keep your mind sane and protected against the harsh effects of the daily compulsion to stay active and productive?

Ok. So we get it. Mobile phones are an important part of our lives and quite frankly you've become quite inseparable from them. But in the end, you might have to learn to give it a little bit of space before that relationship becomes toxic.

TAKE A STROLL

I can bet you that this is the last thing on your mind after a tiresome day. But nature has a funny way of always catching up on you and reminding you to always take the path of most resistance. It pays off at the end of the day. So contrary to what you may think, taking a walk has a way of actually reducing stress. other benefits include
